OFFLINE-FIRST

Internet down does not mean business down.

OrderMate treats poor connectivity as a normal working condition. Your team keeps using local data while a calm sync indicator explains what will happen next.

Local writes complete immediatelyQueued changes sync laterNo red error state for ordinary offline time

DESIGNED FOR REAL COVERAGE

The working screen stays useful.

Orders, customer details, packing work and locally available product data remain accessible without waiting for a network read.

  • No blocking loading spinner for local data
  • No forced sign-out when a token expires offline
  • Queued waybills remain visible
  • Export and backup remain available

CALM SYNC

Know what is saved and what is waiting.

Instead of calling a missing connection an error, OrderMate shows saved-local counts, last sync time and actions that will run after reconnection.

  • Synced, syncing, queued and offline states
  • Plain-language conflict review
  • Idempotent retries to prevent duplicate work
  • Actionable detail only when a real server rejection occurs

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Useful details before you continue.

OrderMate parcel helper
How long can I keep working offline?

The product is designed for extended offline operation, with local data and queued changes remaining available until the connection returns.

Will the app lose an order if I close it offline?

Confirmed local changes are stored on the device rather than held only in memory.

What if two people change the same order?

Most different-field changes merge. When two people choose incompatible values, OrderMate preserves both and asks a person to review them.

Do public self-order forms work offline?

Customers need a connection to submit a public form. The merchant can be offline and receive the submission after reconnecting.
