Smart Paste is designed to parse pasted text on the device. The public calculator, template, phone formatter and waybill tool process inputs in the browser and do not intentionally transmit those inputs to OrderMate.

Workspace roles govern who can see or change records. The product keeps full data export available, and signing out can remove local workspace data from that device.
