No. You manually copy the message you want to process. OrderMate does not scrape or monitor WhatsApp.

Is the pasted customer message uploaded?

Smart Paste is designed to parse the message on the device. The raw message is not sent to a parsing server.

What if the message is incomplete?

Missing or uncertain fields are highlighted. You can correct the draft or switch to manual entry without losing the pasted text.

Can I paste several orders together?

Yes. Multiple messages can become a review queue, where each draft must be confirmed individually.
