What is OrderMate?
OrderMate is an offline-first order workspace for Sri Lankan online sellers who receive orders through WhatsApp and social channels and ship mainly by cash on delivery.
What is Smart Paste?
You copy a customer order message, paste it into OrderMate and review an organised draft before creating the order.
Does OrderMate connect to my WhatsApp account?
No. Smart Paste is a user-controlled copy-and-paste flow and does not scrape your chats.
Can I add an order manually?
Yes. Manual order entry remains a first-class option alongside Smart Paste and self-order links.
What can I do offline?
The merchant workspace is designed to keep local order, customer, packing and export work available while changes queue for later sync.
How do self-order links work?
Share a catalog or product-specific link. The customer enters their details and the submission arrives as Needs review.
Which languages are supported?
The product is designed for English, Sinhala and Tamil, including mobile self-order forms.
Which couriers are supported?
OrderMate is designed around Sri Lankan workflows including Koombiyo, Domex and Trans Express. The available connection mode can vary by courier and account.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The published plan structure begins with up to 100 orders per month for one business and one user.
Can I export my data?
Full XLSX and JSON export is a permanent product requirement, including for an expired plan and offline use.
How is a duplicate courier booking avoided?
Queued courier creation uses a stable client key so retrying the same request is designed to remain idempotent.
Where can I try the free tools?
