ACCOUNT USE

Use accurate account details and protect access.

The account holder is responsible for people invited to the workspace, the customer data entered and the business actions taken through the account.

Do not use the service for unlawful sales
Do not attempt to access another workspace
Do not upload malicious files or abuse public forms
Review courier details before dispatch

SERVICE BEHAVIOUR

Local work and network services have different availability.

OrderMate is designed to keep core local work available offline. Authentication, new public submissions, cloud sync and courier network operations depend on external connectivity and provider availability.

Queued work can run after reconnection
Courier capabilities vary by provider and account
Free tools are provided without a booking guarantee
Keep a current data export for business continuity

PLANS AND DATA

Plan limits can change available capacity, not data ownership.

Published plan limits apply to order volume, users, businesses and delivery accounts. The merchant remains responsible for subscription choices and third-party courier charges.
